If you had a million dollars to give away, who would you give it to?

Firstly you don’t have to have a million dollars to make a difference. Secondly if I had a million dollars to give away, I’d start by doing a lot of research. But if possible it would be distributed between groups that help protect endangered species and the environments that they live in.

After starting my kids book ‘Uncommon Animals of the Alphabet’ I was continually shocked to discover how many amazing species of animals have become extinct or have recently made it to the endangered lists either due to the loss of their habitat or being killed or affected by humans in some way.

So I thought considering I don’t have millions of dollars to contribute, my book may help draw attention to these animals. Then by increasing awareness around these species hopefully that will raise some interest around saving them and preserving their environment. So art potentially has the possibility to do some good by raising awareness around certain subjects. Even without donating one million dollars.
