in the river and sea.
Grazing sea grass, herbivores wild and free.
Related to elephants,
often mistaken for mermaids fair,
they’re the sweet manatee,
with a gentle, friendly air.
In waters blue, where they roam and play,
these lovable creatures make hearts sway.
