Suffering from a goal setting hang-over

I think I’ve got what can only be described as a goal setting hang-over. Did I really say those things? Did I say I was gonna reach those daily goals? Yeah I did, and I’m gonna give it a shot. I suppose now that the goal setting is over, that’s when the fear kicks in. I’m kind of trying not to let that self-doubt talk, that negative talk in my head take control, I suppose that’s where the daily goals come in, is you just focus on those daily goals and not be daunted by the big picture, and just pick away at it a little bit a time without being overwhelmed.
