So I’ve almost finished up my week on the power of the mind. Learning how to have your brain work for you, rather than against you by building up the negativity and all that kind of garbage. The one big thing which I missed, which is something which I actually do, I try to do It regularly, I try to do it daily if I can and I really suffer if I don’t do it daily, I find, is meditation. The thing with meditation that’s so brilliant, and I think a lot of people are doing it these days, it has become a lot more popular but because you got so much noise, so much static, going on in the day, competing for your attention and the meditation just pulls the plug on that and says just breathe, just concentrate on breathing, doing the simple things like that which is really nice and it allows you to step back and look at the bigger picture.
