Can you actually worry yourself sick? I believe you can. But more importantly I’m wondering if you can ‘positive mind’ yourself happy and successful. Four or five years ago a doctor said you’re suffering from anxiety son. Because I’d rolled up to the hospital several times once I was thinking I was having a heart attack, and another time I was thinking I was having a stroke. If these negative thoughts can make you sick, then there’s no reason why positive thoughts that you can get into your head – Like I mean so many self-help entrepreneurs and creative people swear by meditation and positive thinking and all those kind of techniques and I’m thinking all that stuff has gotta work. If it works the other way around, it’s just not a one-way ticket.

Yeah, I think it’s definitely about consistency. I heard someone say it’s like exercise, it’s a matter of a bit every day over time.
