Staying positive with gratitude

How do I get positivity into my head? The number one that I seem to come across is gratitude or gratitude journalling, and how exactly does that work? Well I’m looking at it and it looks like you’ve pretty much got to come up with three things that you’re grateful for in the morning, at the start of the day, or in the evening, or both, or any time you feel like it. Maybe, and then I’m thinking you kind of keep those things rattling around in your head all day instead of thinking I must pay the phone bill or I must mow the lawns and all the other things that might stress you out. So keep those positive things in there and the grateful things like, you know things Like – I’m so glad my family didn’t have to sleep out in the rain last night – seriously, I am. And I can go to the library and swap my books over without having to pay any money.
