The thing is with this gratitude journaling and showing gratitude is it all feels a little bit like, you know, am I just deluding myself? But the thing is I’m not deluding myself, I’m only being grateful for things which actually exist it’s just a matter of acknowledging that they exist, they exist as much as the negative things but it’s funny how for some reason, negative things feel like they’re more in the real world. They are more tangible, the negative things, and the positive things aren’t. But the positive things are there all around you. So if it’s a matter of me making myself feel delusional or deluding myself to be happy then I think I can be happily delusional.
