I’ve well and truly embarked on my monetising my journey project for this week. I’ve signed up for an Amazon associates account, which then allows me to place product links within my YouTube description and from there people can click on that to go buy something, and I get a percentage of the sale which is awesome. But another great thing is that if they click on the link say for a book and then they go on to buy a car, or a plane or something. Then I still get a percentage of that which is really cool. I don’t know if they have cars or planes on Amazon. Anyway, so the only problem is, I’ve got 100 vlogs, I don’t really have, I don’t really mention many products. I mention a few books, Simon Sinek’s 4 Hour Work Week and… no, no, Tim Ferriss’ 4 Hour Work Week and Simon Sineks’ Start With Why. And hopefully, I’ve got 180 days to prove myself to sell something otherwise they are gonna take away my account. So this is going to be interesting to see if I can make it work.
